Set up time

I just have a quick question.
HOw long are you givin to set up in the beginning of a match, like if your playing a fossil deck, is there a time limit because i always thought that with set you have as much time as need be.

A reasonable amount of time. A player shouldn't expect to be able to stall an indefinite period. I would treat it as if they haven't yet shown up for the match yet, if I were judging. (At least until we get the penalty guidelines published.)
