trainer? trainer cards?

ok, as the new rules says, trainers are now divided in to 2 groups : trainer and trainer cards.

so which is trainer and which is trainer card?

Not exactly. The new rules say that Trainers, Supporters and Stadiums are three distinct types of cards for the purpose of game mechanics - things like searching for a Trainer or searching for a Supporter. In very general terms, I suppose they would all be considered trainer cards (small 't') for the purpose of listing them on a deck list.
