Do these come in RH versions?

It says the following in the DP rule book with the cardlist in the back:

Cards 123-130: come in one non-foil version.
Cards 123-130 are the Basic Energy Cards.

Yes, those look like them. But they're not part of the set since they include no set symbol or collector number.
