I don't understand its attack fully. It says, "Prevent all effects of an attack, excluding damage, done to venomoth during your opponent's next turn."

1. Does that prevent attacks such as baleful wind, or keen eye from working?

2.Does it prevent damage that would be done to a pokemon other than venomoth, such as a split bomb hitting a benched pokemon.

3.Does it stop my opponents additional effects from their attacks like doing damage to themselves or discarding energies.

No to all 3. None of those effects are 'done to Venomoth'.
