2 New DarkraiLvl. X Questions B4 States??

Ok in League last night there were 2 questions concerning DarkRai Lvl. X:

1.) Does the Lati/Lock combo or Battle Frontier shut down DarkRai Lvl. X Poke-body or not? Both say from evolved Pokemon, DarkRai X is a Level Up from a basic.

2.) Endless Darkness attack's double flip.

Player 1's active DarkRai Lvl X. uses the Endless Darkness attack on Player 2's Togekiss. Togekiss remains asleep bewtween turns. Then Player 2 draws and passes, flips for sleep check and is still asleep. Player 1 then retreats DarkRai Lvl X and sends up a different Pokemon and uses a different attack. Does Player 2 still flips 2 coins in between turns for sleep check since Endless Darkness was not used this turn?

Thanks

1. It's a Basic when in play, not an evolved Pokemon.

2. Yes. It's an ongoing modification of the Asleep condition. The effect is on the Asleep Pokemon. Darkrai is not maintaining it like it was from a Poke Body.

Note: This assumes that the Asleep was not replaced with a normal Special Condition from some other source.
