18 Energy

Startegy: Power-Up a Magmortar attack enemies 'till it faints, then Infernape Lv. X comes in ('nuff said). Ninetales is for weakness exploiting (given the right types). Professor Rowan, to avoid decking out. Every other thing is just there to help set up and recover.

Common Ideas That I Can't Do And Have Heard Too Many Times : Rare Candy, DRE, Scramble, another Delcatty, more Vulpix (can do ninetales, but not vulpix), more infenape, celios instead of bebes, more mortars, mortar lv x

Regionals are tomorrow, please respond!!!

If you know someone that comes to the regionals to and has the cards you lack, you might be able to aks and 'loan' the cards untill the end of the tournament.

I don't know if it's permitted, but it's done alot in Holland.

there's no rule saying I can't do that... but I don't know anyone with any of these cards...

some of them will arrive from eBay in 10 days, but that's too late...

Ouch, then I don't really know...

How about proxy's? I again don't know if it's allowed, but if you can make proxy's of the cards you 'need', then go ahead and play.

Well, it was worth to think about, right? ;-P

Enough funny buisness for now.
Your deck should be good to go even with the lack of certain cards.
As for the CattyDash question, go for Delcatty. It's more usefull than an unsupporting pokemon like Rapidash.

Also, how about Felicity's?
You can use it to get more energy into you discard and as bonus it let's you draw cards..

I personaly would use Felicity's over TV Reporter since it let's discard more and draw more.
But that is up to you.

Lightbulb

Remove:
2 TV Reporter
1 Night Pokemon Centre (The chance to heal is slim with 2 coin flips)
1 Bebe's Search

Add:
3 Felicity's
1 Warp Point

This is just my opinion since it's your deck ofcourse.
Anyways, I got to go now so I can't really help you further.

Good luck at the Regionals!
