They can and have been sold for 10 to 12 dolars a piece on Ebay..

They've been in multiple sets. Are they that hard to come by?

It is carzy, but true. Nobody wants to trade them and the booster packs they come in are relatively hard to find. They go for about 7-10$ on Ebay each. The RH are only worth 1-2$ more then the NH.

I scored two from TATM for 4 bucks and shipping last week

And yes Pop, they are - everyone wants at LEAST four, and given their apparently insane rarity (from well over 150 POP5 packs at my League, only three were pulled - along with two Espeon*, one Umbreon* and two Mew d), they're running very high. That, and new players that haven't been around back when Emerald, TATM etc. were allowed and available, basically can only pull them from Crystal Guardians (which no one really buys) or POP5; or are they in another currently legal set?
