I'm sorry but this is a very bad deck. Take out every pokemon line except for torterra, and take out one grotle. Add in 2 more torterra and a torterra x. add in a 2-1-2 line of sceptile. maybe as 2-1-2 line of togekiss as well. why are there dark energys in this deck? You have no dark pokemon. Put in 10 grass energy and 2 DRE. Maybe one scramble. Someone else can help you with the trainer line.

Well, this deck isn't fit for the modified format. That means that you can't use it at tournaments. If you want to make it tournament legal, you'd need to take out the old cards like Bill, Defender, and Energy Retrieval.

Now I don't understand why you say there are 21 Energy, but you only have 19 listed. In Pokemon, all decks must have exactly 60 cards, and yours does not. That will need to be fixed. Anyway, I suggest about 16 Energy cards (some Special Energy cards this time), and more trainers to help you get set up. I wouldn't put in anymore Pokemon though.

I definitely agree this deck needs work.

More constructively than: "This deck is bad." Let's try: This deck needs to focus. You have too many pokemon. Try to focus on one or two evolution lines. Also, potions are not that great, and I didn't think you can have more than 4 of any card in your deck. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

So I'd say pick 2 - 4 evolution lines that you like and change your trainers to support your pokemon better instead of just potions.
