what a Honchkrow based deck would look like? Like what pokemon, how many, trainers, and energies and so on.....anyone? I'm curious and Honchkrow is SO cool.(to me anyway.)

Honchkrow and Absol(SW) was a decently popular deck during cities. It was generally run with
lots of disruptive trainers like Team Galactics Wager and Team Galactics Mars.
However, with the release of Claydol (GE) it pretty much disappeared. You could look on
the older pages of the 'Gym and look for some lists. It is often reffered to as Dark Wing Duck or DWD.

I could see it working with weavile(SW) and/or Darkrai Lv.x(GE).

However if you're looking for a really competitive card to base a deck on, I would try something else.

I don't think DWD should have disappeared as it did. After all, there are some cards you can discard that are very tough to get back.
