As long as Weavile is your active PKMN, in-between turns, if you did not attack during that turn, you may use this PokeBody, Weavile does 30 damage to your opponents active Pokemon and 10 damage to itself. Weavile is now PRYLZD. This counts as attacking and ends the Between Turns phase.


Icy Refrost 80
The defending PKMN is now PRYLZD and ASLP. Move all energy attached to Weavile to a Pokemon on your bench.
Weavile can't use Ice Torrent Again during the course of the game.

RESISTANCE: Psychic -30

Once during your turn, before your attack, you may use this PokePower. You may attach from your hand,

Choose 2 of your opponents Pokemon, place 2 damage counters on each chosen Pokemon.
During your opponents next turn, all energies attached to those Pokemon are considered energies.

Alright, looks okay, a few things:
Grammar errors. Lots of grammar errors. Don't use PKMN.
On Jump Spring, what do you do with the Energy?
Swift Slam is very confusing. It should probably be a power, as you can't choose to use a Body.
Icy Refrost or Ice Torrent?
You can't be Asleep and Paralyzed at the same time.

You can't have Weavile LV.X specify Ice Refrost because you can Level Up any Weaville with Weaville LV.X, so it might not have the attack.
