Am working on a costume for Scout from Team Fortress 2. I have most of the materials already and just need a couple costuming extras (headset, ballcap, baseball bat, shaved arms...). Also working on a cosplay outfit for Gambit as well. It'll depend on which gets done first.

I had a very good SWAT officer costume lined up, but then I decided that I would probably get into too much trouble with it. Realistic Airsoft guns+full urban camo+load bearing vest+poor visibility=Real SWAT team getting called. So I will probably go as a paintballer instead.

Lifevirus: OMG, TF2 humour on a PKMN forum. TF2 FTW!
...and I just lost the game... As for Heavy hitting, I doubt I can get anyone to get up a Heavy costume around here. If I went over to OSU, that'd be a different story. But I believe I'll probably be over toward where I'm currently living instead of that direction. Have you seen some of the cosplayers who get enough people together for pretty much a full TF2 team? Those people are nuts. Some people even make accurate "scale" models of the Heavy gun. it's seriously amazing. Anyway, back to Halloween costumes... Gengar, easy outfits are not hard to come by. Zombie has become increasing popular and pretty much takes an existing wardrobe plus a little makeup investment and know-how. If ya don't wanna go that rout, obscure Cardboard outfits would be my next choice. Cut out a giant circle from a packing box and paint in black. Boom! Instant Record. Just pick you favorite obscure 60s band and paint the name of their best album on the center and you're set. Hope your search is going well.

I could probably pull off a good L as well, But no one would know what/if I was doing anything with that....

I am still deciding as well. I have to work that day and I plan on wearing a costume to work so that limits my options to "work appropriate". I have a really great Renfield outfit, but that is something that will have to wait until I am off work at least. Last year I was Giovanni... a vampire Giovanni... I have an Elvis style jumpsuit that I wore a few years ago. I wonder if it still fits.

I saw a pretty sweet Master chief (HALO 3) costume online, but it is like 80 bucks. Oh well we are having a party and my wife wants me to be Master chief so that is what I will be.

As for me, I'm gonna be a sad geek :O Why so sad? Halloween is Nevada day, so I'll have no school. Enough of the humor... Idk what I'm gonna do. I'll probably just hand out candy while wearing a black cloak, or something. I hardly really care.
