EmpoStar (my take)

EmpoStar
========

3-3-3-1 Emp Lv.X
2-2 Claydol
2-1-2 Omastar
1 Chatot
1 Spiritomb
==21

3 Roseanne
4 Bebe
3 Rare Candy
3 Oak's Visit
2 TS-2
1 Premier
2 Night Maintanence
1 Fossil Excavator
2 Wager
2 Warp
2 Dawn Stadium
==25

10 Water
3 Call
1 Multi
==14

Strategy: You know it by now. Build up the spread with Prinplup. Take out threats with Empoleon. Suprise KOs with Omastar or TS-2.

Fixes: I've been toying with a way to adapt Empoleon to be great in this season. This is what I've come up with. It's pretty standard, but still, here's the fixes I'm thinking about.
I want to make room for another Spiritomb just for that extra surprise 10, but I don't know what to take out. I added Multi so Spiritomb could attack if needed, but I don't know if I should just go 4 Call for more consistency. Lastly, I wanted to have a 1-1 or a 2-2 Bronzong line, but I just don't know what to change. I could take out 1 Prinplup for something, but it is one of my favorite parts of the strategy. Any help is appreciated.

I was playtesting at league some this week. I came to the realization that TS-2 is not as good as Omastar. I found the full devo is more useful with Warp Point. Which leads me to believe I need more WP because I tended to use them fairly quickly. I didn't get Prinplup out as much as desired and usually ended up going straight to Empoleon. Spiritomb came in very handy.

So I'm thinking of making these changes:
-1 Prinplup
-1 TS-2
+1 Spiritomb
+1 WP or SSU

Anybody else have more experience? Again this was just based on limited league playtesting.

Play 4-2-4 Empoleon line.

Take out a TS-2 for that, you already have Omastar.

Take out a Premier Ball for a WP.

Another Empo"Star" without the Starmie line?

Anyway, Oak's Visit isn't the best draw supporter out there...I'd suggest maybe Buck's (for those 10-away-from-KO moments) or Cynthia's (fast comebacks if you don't mind the shuffle)

Find a way to up your candy. I have been playing Empolostar since last regionals I have seen that being able to rare candy Omastar, then Wager is way better than TS-2.

Keep one Spiritomb because you don't want to start with it and also Spiritomb is hard to know when to play because he does damage to all Pokemon with damage on them so one is just what the doc ordered.

Have fun with Empolostar, I know that I have.

Awesome list. My only fix would be:
-1 Prinplup +1 Rare Candy. This will help make sure you get one fast and have enough for both S2 lines.
