Strategy: I am anticipating a local metagame dominated by Kingdra and Luxray, with a liberal supply of rogue fire decks (magmortar or skittles). the idea is to deny pokepowers as much as possible and to punish kingdra/luxray for their heavy reliance on rare candies. glaceon lvl x is the main fighter/disruptor with starmie used for specific sniping (claydol, etc.). omastar is used for his devolution power. Azelf is used only to find prized glaceon lvl x.

If you are going to use both Claydol and Omastar you should also have 3-4 Team Galactic's Wagers to complete the whole combo. If you really want to punish Rare Candy abuse, switch the Azelf and Lvl X for Mewtwo and his Lvl X and include 2 TS-2 to continually mess up their setup.

You could probably lose a Poke Radar and a Premier Ball for the TS-2's. TGW could replace Cynthia's.
