lets see what we can do with this deck .... take out the

-3 life herb
-3 ta schemers
-2 scyther ex's
- 6 all TA pokemon
see if u can find a good water basic to replace the sharpedo's to counter your weakness

u need more draw trainers
+2 steven's advice
+3 copycat
+2 warp point
+1 tv reporter
adda couple more grass energy thats all i can think of right now .

anyone else wanna help out my cousin's deck ?

I don't think that Aqua's Sharpedo is the greatest of choices in your water slot
Regice EX would even be a better choice, considering it is a basic to save space

mayb try and get a few roselia and tm or ta conspirators it will help u speed up the deck and take out the sharpedos cuz u can get a second turn vile if u set up quick enough and beat the crap out of the oppnent's basic and try ur hardest to get a few vile ex if u can cuz it will help more

Life Herb is so dependant on that flip I say 3 Pokemon Nurse since you alrady have the switchs

it doesn't suck steven. u just need to make a list of what u need and go to league and try to get it . or buy more packs . see ya :D

he is right it is good with jirachi so u have a second turn bellosom or vileplume and the healing gets anoyying . . . so you should try to get the vex's that u need...good luck !!!
