T-Tar (SF) w /Darkrai Lv X on the bench

ok, T-Tar is my active pokemon, with 5 darkness energies attached, Darkrai Lv X is on my bench. If I do Spinning Tail as my attack, how much damage is dealt to my opp. pokemon assuming he has 1 active and 3 benched???

his active takes 80, the rest (benched) take 30
they all take 30
they all take 80

Darkrai does damage to the defending pokemon. This means 80 to the active and 30 to the bench.
