Not sure about Delcatty when you run this low on energy and have no way of getting it back, but you must play 4 Oracle if you do include Delcatty.

At Worlds you should be worried about the fire weakness, Blaziken is not dead yet. The standard procedure is to run Gorebyss or Milotic with the regular Metagross, not sure how that will work with Metagross EX.

Don't play one of a number of Stadiums. Pick one that suits your deck and stay with it!

well
Mozartrules is correct, but I'll see how I'd make a Meta EX deck

Pokemon (22)
4 Beldum
3 Metang
3 Metagross
2 Metagross EX
4 Dunsparce
2 Jirachi
2 Sentret
2 Furret

Energy (18)
4 Metal Energy
4 Rainbow Energy
4 Double Rainbow Energy
6 Psychic Energy

Trainers (20)
3 Steven's Advice
4 TV Reporter
3 Copycat
3 Rare Candy
3 Island Cave
1 Ancient Technical Machine (Rock)
3 Professor Elm's Training Method

Don't play metagross EX. He's to slow. I love metagross, but EX is too darn slow. and play the psychic beldum/metang

opening hand

Beldum
Metang
P energy
DRE

Turn 1: Put P energy on Beldum
Turn 2: Evolve into Metang and attatch DRE. 50 damage on turn 2.

Not a bad Idea. I did see a metagross deck that made the top two at the ECSC and had meta ex. :

it wasn't a Meta EX deck
