Rairay
Everyone says that the DP Luxray is worthless (or at least last I checked which was a while ago so forgive me if I'm wrong). Anyway, here is a way to use Luxray to the fullest.
3-2-3 Luxray DP 4-3-3-1 Raichu Lv. X (yes there are supposed to be 4 Pichu in the deck) 2-2-2 Leafeon Lv. X Total Pokemon: 26 4 Bebe 4 Roseanne 1 Luxury Ball 3 Night Maintenance 1 Time Space Distortion 3 Warp Point 2 Premier Ball 3 Super Scoop Up 2 Level Max 3 Poke Radar Total Trainers: 21 4 Rainbow Energy 4 Lightning Energy Strategy: Build up Luxray, Leafeon and Raichu. DON'T USE ANY PICHU. Keep Pichu safe in your hand. Use Leafeon's Power to put the Multi and Rainbow Energies onto Luxray a in one turn. Do this twice. Luxray will move them to Raichu. Raichu levels up and does 80 twice. Next, use a switch or Warp to bring Pichu in and bring the energy back and scoop up Raichu. Repeat this as necessary.

Um, there isn't a Blastoise GE. Either way, both of the legal Blastoise only let you attach Basic Water energies, so you can not attach the Multi or Rainbow energies with them.

I meant SW. I should replace Blastoise with either Leafeon Lv. X or Togekiss, but which one.

Togekiss's Poke-Power would be easier to activate, since Togekiss is easier to get out, but if you're going to use it then you might want to use a bit more energy. And just so you know Togekiss can only get basic energy cards so if you decide to use it make sure you change your energies accordingly.
Overall Leafeon LvX's Poke-Power is better but he's harder to get out than Togekiss. |

I should really look at the cards instead of making up decks in my head.

It looks rough but it could work. Try to fit in some Premier Balls or Level MAXes.
Oh yeah, don't forget to edit your strategy at the bottom of the post. ;) |

Changed it. Right after I posted, I was just like, I forgot to remove all mentions of Blastoise.

I understand radar, but it is okay Leafeon to be active, I dn't need Leafeon sitting on the bench, and its to help the Rampardos matchup too.
