Un Evolve Pokemon Leveld Up from Basic Pokemon

Classic example can either Darkrai LV X or Azelf LV X be Un Evolved?

They both come from Basic Pokemon and are Leveled Up and not Evolved.

When a Basic Pokemon is Leveled Up, it remains Unevolved. The Level Up card does not count as an evolution.

If an evolved Pokemon Levels Up, it remains an evolved Pokemon.
