Ludicolo Cheerful Voice pokepower states:
Once during your turn, you may use this power. If you do your turn ends. During your next turn, each of Ludicolos attacks does 60 more damage to the defending Pokemon.

Where does the power reside on?
Lidicolo
Defending Pokemon
Owner of Ludi’s next turn

Can this be used on the bench?
Does switch, retreat or warp point on either players turn cancel the power?
(I think this depends on where the power resides)

Effect resides on Ludi.
It's from a power, so it can be used on the bench.
Switching etc has no effect on it since it's from a Power.
