Pre-states provs tournament

well I am going to host a pre states tournament so people can get some practice and find out what decks they want to play for states.
The rules are
all maches must be played on redshark
best of 3 games
Dp-Pt
all op rules
you may switch decks in between round but not after top cut
if your opponent dosn't try to play you then you win
If nither of the players play and nither tryed then they are both DQed
any problems in the game should be fixed andif not and its a rule that should have been know the one that was rong will lose.

it will be 6 round and top 8 if we can get 32 people if not then its still 4 round with top 4
