Crobat and PokeTurn

If you play a Crobat G, and place a damage counter on the opponents pokemon, can you use TGI PokeTurn, pick up Crobat G, and place another damage counter in the same turn?

Yes. When a card returns to your hand and then is played again, the game sees it as a new Pokemon.
