Actually, the Umbreon is way higher. On eBay BIN, it's going about 25 at the lowest.

Really? It does make sense because it was used in decks and still is a very hard card to obtain.

Rotated EX's are almost always under $8 USD. Only a hand full of them are over that. RS EXs are all under $5. *s go for around $10 because of rarity. Also you have to look at its use in decks when it was legal. Only about 4 of the cards listed were used in decks in tourneys. I'm probably 91% confident in the price ranges I gave.

I love how The King of Magikarps always acts likes he knows about this, but he really doesn't. Stars are always 15+ (most are +), the Umbreon* is at least 25. (i sold mine for 30, 35 and 40) I've given up on trying to correct your prices, it's too much work. Though, you are correct about the RS EXs being worth almost nothing.
