Maby take out a 1-0-1 line of sceptile and add in a 1-1 line of shaymin lv x land forme. That way you can have a higer hp attacker.

Drop down to 2-2 Claydol and add 2 Uxie
3-2-3 is probably a bit excessive on Sceptile especially with Beautifly as your primary attacker. Support lines, especially a stage 2 line, rarely have more than 2 of the stage 2 run in the deck. With those 2 spots you could do the 1-1 shaymin land forme or maybe add a 4th roseanne and 4th bebe's.

Keep the Sceptile at 3-2-3 because it is very hard to get out early. Thats also why you should add 1 more bebes and 2 luxury ball. A 1-1 line of shaymin would be nice to get out after everything else.

I agree with happiny , a draw power may be needed to move grasses faster or (dawn stad. + leftover ) for a heal-tank set up

I'd drop your Sceptile line down to 2-1-2 or 2-2-2 (since you use BTS.) Also, I'd definately use only 2-2 Claydol. More than that and you're at serious risk of frequent Baltoy-starts. With only 20 pokemon, you should be better able to focus on getting the ones you need most.
I would not add Shaymin alongside Sceptile. It's completely unnecessary in this type of deck. As for trainers, I'd increase Roseanne and Bebe up to 4 each. I'd also recommend you add 1 Luxury Ball. 2 Night Maintenance could also be useful, to reuse the energies that are lost throughout the game. It might be wise to use a Dawn Stadium or two in the deck, to knock your BTS out when you're done with it. That way, your opponents won't be able to gain continuous benefit from it. In a nutshell, I'd recommend: -1/-1/-1 Sceptile -1/-1 Claydol +1 Bebe's Search +1 Roseanne's Research +1 Luxury Ball +2 Night Maintenance -1 Lookers Investigation |

A quick suggest. Look at -1 GE Sceptile +1 SF Sceptile. Since your main hitter retreats for free. Also SSU might work well here too. Firstly you can move the energies before you scoop I(via sceptile) and then lay it all back down with TSD. I'm not sure that 3-3 Claydol is useful even with BTS and the 2 POVs look dubious too with Looker's and Cynthias. So -(1-1) Claydol -2 POV / +4 SSU.
Good luck looks like fun
