try to fit a couple fisherman since u have no magenton to get ur catty energy back

Oaks Research are bad. You need only Copycat(because stevens advice^^) and Desert Shaman(Wynaut, Linoone and other stuff).

but I just noticed the no Oracles
you do need to put some in as well

yes... if you play Delcatty, you must add 4 Oralce! Otherwise is delcatty too bad :/
but i think swampert is better without magneton and delcatty. Elms Training is very good.

first turn dunsparce - second turn rain castform. thats really good :]

it just isn't near as good

this deck is built for speed above all else, since you need to get out the swampert line fast. oracle/delcatty of course, along with my personally favorite draw engine (4 Reporter, 3 Advice, 3 Copycat). i also chose to take out an ATM rock since there won't be many chances to use it with your pokemon line-up.

15+ I don't plan on doing that well, I just want to play.
