BTS De-evolve, Re-evolve

Player A has Broken Time Space in play and by means of a Poke Power, de-evolves his Leafeon to Eevee. Can he then, on the same turn and using the effect of BTS, re-evolve into one of the Eeveelutions?

Yes, Broken Time Space will let you re-evolve a de-evolved Pokemon on the same turn.
