Aerodactyl BET + Machamp SF?

Aerodactyl GL LV.62 - Fighting - HP80
Basic Pokemon (SP)

[C] Collect: Draw 2 cards from your deck.
[F][C] Prehistoric Breath: 30 damage. During your opponent’s next turn, your opponent can’t play any Pokemon cards from his or her hand to Evolve or Level Up the Defending Pokemon.

Weakness: Lightning (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 0

This is something I ran across. Considering using this to prevent evolution so that Machamp can use Take Out - do you think it might be a possible combo?

Post your thoughts.

It could work for a turn or two until your opponent catches on and starts to evolve their Pokemon during the turns where you break the lock to use Take Out.

Since its an attack, rather than a power, like the base set aerodactyl, how to you keep switching Machamp active and back?

He could just evolve a benched Pokémon and then retreat. This combo won't work.
Additionally, the effect is blocked by Unown G, if this one is translated correctly.

Used to counter Dailga.

Turn 1 use that and bam. No dialga G.

Ps: The only problem is its easy to get out of. (The Lv.X/Evo lock)

Dialga goes first.

You go second. Attach an energy and an energy gain.

Use the attack. Slow down the Dialga G Lv.X from coming into play.

A little slow, but i could see it working.

Lol, what does Machamp have against Time Crystal? The key to Dialga decks isn't to get Dialga X out Asap... you play the Lv X when you need it.

Completely true.

But it can slow down their setup. The Lv.X is helpful, but this cards real use is early game or in recovery mode (opponents)

Palkia decks wish they had their lv.X out T2

I dont know, but if i was playing dialga i would be a tad upset.

W/e
