Giving your opponent something.

I know this comes out of the random range, but let's say I am playing Ho-oh/Togekiss, and after our game, I offer them some Skittles and would say "taste the rainbow", would i get a warning for that?

If I would, would just giving them the candy without saying anything be fine?

This is not a card ruling or game mechanic question, sorry. Check with your event staff before the tournament.
