The Deck can be slow, but usually its fine. I seem to start very near the danger zone with 1 or 2 Pokémon on my first turn. The plan is to stall with my very poisonous Shuckles and use Piloswine as like a brick wall so I can get Kingdra to wipe out the opposition. I can usually get Kingra up and running at a good time. Plenty of card manipulation cards like Bill and the energy finders help me waist as little time as possible. Ivysaur stalls and helps hand out the hurt while I get my troops together. Thanks!

if its at least sumwat fast, it looks good

if u can get some of the stronger ones (Kingdra) out within 2 or 3 turns it should be a very good deck (my water deck has 1 kingdra and i usually have it out within 3 turns, sumtimes 4)

I like the pilowswine idea. And Kingdra. Make these your two main lines. Babies can stall and protect you as you build up the bigies.
I prefer some babies that can do some damege.
With all the energy retrieval you dont nee that many.

Here is a fix suggestion:

pokemon (17)
02x Kingdra (Neo Revelation
02x Seadra (Fossil)
03x Hosea (Fossil)
02x Tyrogue
02x elekid
02x Cleffa
02x Light Piloswine (Neo Destiny)
02x Swinub (Neo Destiny)

Trainers (28)
04x professor elm
04 x Focus Band
04x Bill (Base Set)
02x Town Volunteers (Aquapolis)
01x Energy Search (Fossil)
02x Energy Reterieva1 (Base Set)
01x Super Energy Retrieva1 (Neo Genesis)
02x Potion (Base Set)
04x Gold Berry (Neo Genesis)
02x Double Gust
02x Switch

Energy (15)
10x Water Energy
05x Grass Energy

cool, but i dont have a cleffa or elekid...or focus band...i have tons of the older cards, a good selection of the neo's and barely any poké-e cards except the expedition decks and an aquapolis booster...
