Ok heres a decklist I have been messsing with. I really don't know any of the formats for pokemon I just picked cards that looked good.(I havent played since the second base set came out)

2 bill
4 energy search
4 energy removal
1 energy ark
3 professor oak

14 trainers

2 espeon(80 hp)
3 eevee lvl 14
2 mew lvl. 15
2 (jungle)mr. mime
3 (base)alakazam
2 kadabra lvl. 40
2 (base) kadabra
2 moltres lvl 37
2 flareon master's flareon
3 scyther

23 creatures

3 double colorless energy
4 fire energy
12 psychic energy

19 energy

The basic point is to just have someone with a lot of power out constantly hitting their monster while alakazam on the bench to heal the active pokemon. I thought it was a good idea but i always seem to not win by the time i deck myself ( with all of the card drawing in here). Any help? Thanks

Ok, here's some tips.

1: You said that you didn't know the formats. The two main ones are Unlimited: All cards are allowed and Modified: All cards from Neo 1 and up are allowed, minus some cards, such as Sneasel and Wigglytuff.

2: I do not know what Flareon Master's Flareon is. Someone else might have to clue me in here.

3: Now, for the actual work. No offense, but this deck is the picture of slow. Here's some tips for speed.

-2 Moltres (you're not going to run him with just 4 Fire)
-3 Scyther (not needed in this deck)
-2 Energy Search
-1 Energy Ark
-3 Professor Oak
-4 Fire Energy

+4 Abra
+1 Eevee
+3 Professor Elm
+3 Pokeball
+2 Computer Search

Are you a failure at Mario Bros? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. What's that? You can't find that? The enemies are too powerful?

You might want to try running both Neo and Aquapolis Smoochum as well. The former can screw Pokémon such as Murkrow (and good for stalling Sneasel as well) for a few turns (or until you get the needed Special Energy users into the discard with a heavy hitter), while the latter is more flippy but pays off with damage (like a toned-down Psychic with Baby power). How you put it in is up to you.
