Tip: Choose another deck. I've tried Gatr/Sect at various tournaments and it doesn't win. It's like Entei/Cargo, sometimes wins tourneys, but it's too unreliable to win more than 75% against good decks.

I'm going to assume unlimited card availability, since you don't mention otherwise in your deck description.
Iffn' it were me (which it's not), I'd take out the breeder for a good ol' 4-3-3 line and open up two card spots. Since Gatr can't attack second turn, there's really no purpose to running breeder in the deck. Why not stick with first turn fury swipes, second turn tackle, and third turn riptide? That seems more handy than first turn swipes, second turn nothing, third turn riptide. Also, you can't trader for a breeder... Then, I'd drop the seer for something more all-purpose, like juggler. With 18 water energy in the deck, it's likely that you'll have one or two water in your hand. Yeah, seer will let you get a few more water in the hand, but why not discard two you've already got, and just take all five of the top cards? Juggler is also more useful early game, before you have a gatr up and running. On top of even that, it's about your only way, short of the old retreat trick, to get water in the discard if Muk rears its ugly...um...head?
One of the reasons gatrsect is so attractive to people is that Gatr has lots of HP. Why not take advantage of that with some goldberries? When you add the juggler, you'll have plenty of card drawing, so you can afford to drop underground expedition. We've already got two slots open from dropping the breeder, so you can afford to pick up two more goldberry. To be honest, you probably should run four. Healing fields also works well with Gatr, since your focus is the OHKO, and not nipping away at somebody 30 damage a turn, like kingdra.
So, in all:
-3 breeder -4 seer -1 Underground Expedition
+1 croconaw +4 juggler +3 goldberry
You can also switch the numbers on the juggler and goldberry, if you think 4 juggler is too many.
One final note: You've deviated here from the usual gatrsect by opting for the 3-3 line on paras/parasect. You sure you need that many? You only need one in play at any given time....alot of people advise running the non-holo suicune, so that you can abuse double gusts.
Cheers,

I would try to put some Focus Band & Memory Berry in your deck. Against Scizor/Muk/Furret that combination is a OHKO & will be against many decks. Besides that Dendrobatida's changes are the right idea.
