Pokemon: 19
4 Mudkip 1 Marshtomp 3 Swampert 3 Wailmer 3 Wailord 2 Cleffa 2 Tyrogue 1 Suicune
Trainers: 25
4 Elm 3 Breeder 4 Oracle/Double Gust 4 Bill/Copycat 4 Gold Berry 2 Focus Band 2 Fisherman 3 Trader
Energy: 15
3 Warp 12 Water
I use everything I can, to get set up real fast, wailord is the main hitter, and Swampert can sleep my opponent, plus it's pokemon power. With the amount of speed I've got, this deck should get set up pretty fast, even to outspeed a gatr/sect. I can easily KO parasect with wailord, and therefore my opponent would only be able to OHKO one of my pokemon, therefore allowing me to win. Plus the fact that I've got really good baby flips, so that's an extra, in playtesting, tis deck is currently 4-0. I'm still undecided on which to use, double gust with copycat to set be more 'aggresive', or Bill/Oracle to outspeed my opponent.
Edited: Since this is Nintendo deck, added "Non-DCI" to your title. [ June 24, 2003, 07:36 PM: Message edited by: WizPog_BJJ ]

Looks good. But here's my fix, Just a little tweaking:
Pokemon: 19
4 Mudkip 1 Marshstomp 3 Swampert 3 Wailmer 3 Wailord 2 Tyrogue 2 Cleffa 1 Suicune
Your Pokemon are just fine, keep 'em as it is.
Trainers: 26
4 Elm 3 Bill 3 Oracle 3 Breeder 1 Copycat 2 Trader 3 Double Gust 3 Gold Berry 2 Focus Band 2 Fishermen
Energy: 15 3 Warp 12 Water
Go with the Majority of Oracle/Bill, that can really help when trying to get a Swampert on 2nd turn. Oracle will let you grab Swampert and Breeder and then Bill will bring them to your hand ready to evolve. I kept in one copycat just for kicks. Lol. Good luck on your deck. -Ian

Thanks for th advice, I was really tight when choosing the trainers, the only thing I'm changing about your fix, is taking out the copycat and putting in a 3rd trader. Thanks for the advice, anymore suggstions?

I would suggest if you want to use Oracle, to go with either a 1/1 on Cleffa, or a 2/1, using 1 promo with 1 or 2 Genisis. Little Cleffa can be as good or better at points during the battle. Maybe drop a Water or Warp for a Towns Volunteer.
