Please help me fixing this deck, if needed.

Pokémon(16)
3 Weedle (Discovery)
3 Beedrill (Discovery)
2 Murkrow (Genesis)
2 Sneasel (Genesis)
2 Cleffa (Genesis)
1 Sentret (Discovery)
1 Furret (Aquapolis)
2 Scyther (Jungle)
Energy (16)
4 Rainbow
4 Darkness
6 Grass
2 DCE
Trainers (28)
3 Poké Breeder
3 CPU Search
3 Item Finder
3 Energy Charge
4 Focus Band
2 Oak
2 Energy Stadium
2 Energy Removal
3 Super E. Removal
1 Pokémon Fan Club
1 Town Volunteers
1 Traveling Salesman

The main strategy is to triple poison the defending pokémon and use Murkrow's Mean Look to kill the defending pokémon. Scythers and Sneasels are the Support to kill strong pokémon with no retreat cost. And Furretis my finding Energy Card.

Please help me fixing it

Hi, the deck's rather OK, it needs only few changes:

Drop:
2 Sneasel (Risky, better use more Murkrows)
1 Rainbow energy
2 Energy Stadium (You have only 6 basic energy,
why to help your opponent get necessary cards?
Town Volunteers' enough.)

Add:
1 Murkrow
1 Sentret
1 Furret
2 Oak

This is only my point of view, You may not
like my suggestions.

Allright

Drop the 2 Murkrow for 2 Sneasel (risky my...)

Drop the Beedrill you are using for Skyridge Beedrill, the come into play power and colorless attack will help you loads!

Drop the energy stadiums for no removal gyms, removal will kill you.

Take out all your grass for 4 recycle and 2 more double colorless.

Drop your energy removal for 2 more oak, let's get this deck moving!

Drop you travelling salesman for another computer search, max those babies out.

Now you have a straight Sneasel deck, with Beedrill kicker, no retreat costs, and poison possibilities, and no colored attacks. Sounds wicked to me.

Good Luck

The single Sentret and Furret aren't likely to help you much, so drop them for a couple of Tyrogues, or Kakunas if you want a backup for Breeder. Personally, I like both Murkrow and Sneasel, so I say keep them as is. Definitely don't drop any Sneasels, although you may change both Murkrows to Sneasels if you want to. I do suggest dropping one Grass Energy for an extra Pokemon Fan Club. I like Meganium's idea of No Removal Gyms. Alternatively, you could use Ecogym in those spots. Just don't use Energy Stadium -- as has been said already, you don't have enough Basic Energy cards to make them useful. Drop one Focus Band and the Traveling Salesman for two Gold Berries. Other than that, I think this deck could work well. Just watch out for Slowking -- since you have no Kakuna at all, Slowking could short-circuit the Beedrill side of your plan. Also, since free retreaters and Switch cards are all over the place in Unlimited, be aware that the same Triple Poison isn't likely to do damage twice, and your opponent is likely to heal it (or lose the Pokemon -- a large percentage of popular Pokemon in Unlimited have exactly 70 HP) before you can switch to Murkrow and Mean Look. No need to change the deck over that, just plan accordingly.

Every time I think I can't say anything stupider, I prove myself wrong. Maybe I should just stop thinking.
