Rule 3: Provide a strategy explanation of your deck (and include translations of any Pokemon from future sets) Rule 4: When you post a reply, offer advice. Do not "RATE" decks and avoid replying to your own deck asking for help. Rule 5: Do NOT ask for other posters to,"Build me a deck!"
