Topic: lack of energys. help!

My friend has just develpoed his new strategy of taking energys off of my pokemon with cards like poliwrath(base set)
vaporeon(rocket set)
super energy removal
energy removal
I need to find a way to get around this strategy so i can use my high powered attacks. I thought about using cards like promo mewtwo and promo pikachu(from the first movie)because they have attacks like recharge and energy absorbtion but while using those attacks it leaves me open to attack where cards like poliwrath can kill my pokemon in one or two moves. so if you know of a way to get around this strategy than please help me out.

Use electabuzz exp because he can attach energies (I suggest putting 3 electabuzz and put 4 lightening if U don't use lightening in your deck ) . Also , If you use psychic then exeggcute AQ is best for you because he has an attack that attaches psychic energies directly from your deck to any of your benched pokemon . also try adding exxegcutor AQ (even though he's grass he also got a {W} cost attack ) because poliwrath is weak against grass (and so does nr quagsire ) . Try putting 3 dscvry caterpie (trust me , he's very good against pokemon with weakness to grass )-he uses one {w} so he's good for any deck . If you use grass try adding venusaur so you could harness his harvest baunty power and attach 2 grass in 1 turn .
Enough about pokemon now let's talk about trainers . notice that poliwrath uses 4 energies for his attack (and so does quagsire) so how about paying with the same coin by using energy removals ? also after using these trainers try using lass to remove his trainers . U can use erika's perfum (It doesn't say you have to choose pokemon from his hand )to see his hand before using lass to see if it's worthwhile . U can also use unknown T (dstny) (his power reveals yours and your opponent hands to each other with a coin flip ) and unknown O (dscrvry)(allows you to see the next 5 cards in your opponent's deck ) . You may also try using imposter oak's revenge .

Here's somethig much better U could do . Use stadium cards form gym heroes and gym challenge .
Here's what I'm suggesting :
* no removal gym - This one is the best because it require's your opponent to discard 2 cards if he uses e.removal or S.E.removal (be aware of e.removal 2 and s.e.remooval 2) .
* Chaos gym - with this one , your opponent needs to flip a coin when using a trainer .If tails you use it instead . Just be carful 'coz it affects U as well so try not using many trainers when this card is in play .
* Echo gym - this one returns energies to your hand when they suppose to go to your d.pile .

just use brock pokemon and brocks protection.

I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola.
I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.
