Dunsprace total 41.
I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola.
I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.

Not even close. No Babies or even support Basics; Bill without Oracle; no Stage 1's from your Stage 2 line, although having Training Method along with Breeder helps. Those are just a few of the problems I see with this one. You might want to add in some sort of Jolteon, so that attaching an Electric Energy to Eevee can helpfully trigger its power. I see your theme is energy removal. Not an easy thing to do in Modified, since the original Energy Removal and Super Energy Removal are both out. You'll want Cleffa for a little boost to your Draw Power, and Tyrogue as an anti-Electric, since your Stage 1 lines are weak to Electric. If that Golduck is the one I think it is, you'll want a small number of Psychic Energy. Trim the Golduck line a little, say to 3/2. Let's see what you can do.

I really think you should add in the stage1 dark Flaffy. Since Dark Amphoros doesnt get helped by others being in Play, in fact it turns the Power off, and Dark Flaffy has an attack that can stop an opponent from using trainers. This is a no brainer. Benched Mareeps are mince meet Pies, especially for Chan/Rouge (though D Flaffy aint much improvement HP wise). Drop 1 Mareep, and 1 breeder, +2 Dark Flaffy
Hmmmmm, a Dark Pokemon Deck, lets see what minor tweaks we can do..... Hmmmmm, Darkness Energy and Rockets Hideout seem to be a must. Extra damage, and HP boost for a magority of your pokemon.
A few Psychic wouldnt hurt, 2, or 3 at most, but with addition to dark beware. Psy can help stall with Golduck, or draw with LC Psyduck (though I hope you are using Aq without Psychic)
If you want, and I would suggest for stalling purposes, Light Jolteon for a lightning type evo for Eevee.
4 Bill, 2 Copycat???? Make this 3 Elm, 3 Copycat. better draw power, even if Elm wont let you play trainers/removal cards, or 3 Bill, 3 Oracle
drop 1/1 from Psyduck/Golduck line, and add 2 Cleffa. 2 big Eek, less you use Oracles, then go 1/1
drop a second Golduck for a Town Volunteer.
this should run better.......
