Ok, so I think this might work.
19 Pokemon
3 SR Politoed 3 SR Poliwhirl 4 SR Poliwag 3 NG Steelix 4 SI Onix 2 NG Cleffa
23 Trainers
3 Professor Elm 2 Fisherman 2 Copycat 3 Switch 3 Double Gust 4 Gold Berry 3 Focus Band 3 Breeding Fields
16 Water 2 Warp Energy
This is just a rough sketch. I looked forever for a card that might go good with Politoad, and I saw Steelix. He only needs two colorless and a steel to do both of his attacks and politoad can power up a steelix each turn if it does its 3rd attack alot. So while you power up politoed, it also powers up the steelix's. Lets see if I can plan this out.
Get politoad out, and get as much water energy on him. Put various steelix's on the bench. Attach a steel to a steelix, and use the 70 damage attack and move 2 water to that steelix. Next turn, you can attach another steel to another steelix and use politoed's first attack and attach more water to it. Next turn, lay a steel on another steelix(3 steelix now have steel on it. Only one is powered full) then use politoed's 3rd attack and attach two water to another steelix. Rinse and repeat.
Maybe the trainers aren't the best, but those were a very rough sketch. How do you think the deck would do. Please critique and mess up!
