Strategy:
Simple. Stall with Cleffa/Elekid (w/ Focus Band if poss.), use Entei/Scoop Up to power up Charmander. Get a Charizard and a Pokemon Breeder and watch the Defending Pokemon melt into the table.

Good Trainer engine, though I'm a little concerned about the singles. I might drop maybe 2 Fire Energy for extra Charmeleon-- with only one, you are definitely depending on Breeders, which is risky. Also, a little trick that could work-- the Magby with Energy Catch. It could help you get back some of your discarded Fire Energies. Other than that, I don't think I'm qualified to give suggestions, since this is an MF deck.

Interesting. One thing I did think of-- I'd replace one or both of your Cleffa with the Eeeeeeek version (did I put the right number of E's? I wish I remembered which set it is.) The one you have is good for draw power, but so is that one-- better, in some cases.
