What do you think of the deck? If you recommend a different card to put in the deck, please make sure it is Neo and older. Please, no cards that are Neo 2 and newer.
How my deck works: I only used Colorless & Psychic Pokemon, because they can both use the same type of energy, so if I had fire type or some other type, I might have to wait a few turns for their required energy cards, and I hate that.

I'll tell ya flat out... This deck is quite bad. Fixing it would be less of a problem if we had a strategy, perhaps?
Edit your post and include a strategy, the deck is unfocused, lacks drawing power, and is a bit random, but beyond general advice like that, people can't really fix it without telling what you're shooting for.
