Hi this isn't vbnz. This is a friend's deck that he wants to have help on, SO GIVE IT!

3 Butterfree LC
3 Metapod 2 ND, 1 LC
4 Caterpie 2 ND, 2 LC
2 Beedrill LC
2 Kakuna 1 ND
4 Weedle 3 LC, 1 ND
3 Tyrogue

2 Poke Trader
4 Bill
3 Elm
1 Breeder Fields
2 Gold Berry
2 Heal Powder
2 Potion
4 Moo-Moo Milk
1 Healing Field

18 Grass

Strategy: I swarm with Tyrouge while I build up usually 1 butterfree and 2 beedrill, then retreat tyrouge and use my hand chok-full of healing cards to keep the 2nd stages alive.

Maker of Moo-Moo Milk. The healthy nutrition your body needs.
vbnz's recipe for a good deck:
put 25-27 trainers in a deck
then just throw in some decent pokemon and a few bits of energy till you have about 60 cards. Then add more Trainers.

Hmm.. Does your friend have any Neo2 Butterfree/Beedrill?
Because they are a lot better than the LC ones..

I'd would only run 1 Stage2 line (either the Beedrill or the 'Free), and then drop the MooMoo Milk for F.Bands. Also add in some Cleffa and maybe another Elm.
