I see quite a few sad cards in this deck.
First off, the Misty's Golduck line is a bit too risky if there isn't any Psychic Energy in the deck. So I'll drop it in favor of a fourth Totodile and one each of Switch, Trash Exchange, and Town Volunteers.
Then I'd drop the Misty's Tears and the Gold Berry for four Super Potion. It'll cost you an Energy, but with your rampant use of Riptide Feraligatr, it's worth it.
Next, I'd axe the Juggler for another Switch, one Computer Search for another Item Finder, and the Breeder Fields for another Switch (you might want to reverse the last one).
Lastly, I'd make all the Cleffa the promo sort.

Wow =/. Why would you make all the Cleffa Promo. Incase you haven't noticed, NG Cleffa is the best card in the entire game. Why would you rather draw 2 than shuffle in and draw 7.
Take out the Golduck line for somthing. I dunno what though.
