I haven't fixed a deck here in a while, but I think I still have the touch [Wink]

POKEMON:
I personally think there's too many Basics here. I'd drop the Wobbuffets, since they shouldn't be all too useful. Also, drop the Murkrows. That gives me 5 cards to play around with.

ENERGY:
Hmm... Leave 'em alone.

TRAINERS:
Might as well add some damage-removing Trainers, such as Moo Moo Milk. Add 3 of them. And the other 2 cards should be more Time Capsules.

I would cut all of the grass energy and put in 4 switch. You really don't need muk to attack, it's too slow, if it get's gusted, just switch it out. Cut the challenges and bills and go with another oak's research and a couple copycats. You also need some double gusts, they're too versatile a card not too use.
