Seems that nobody wants to help ...
Well, I 'll start :
Your deck isn't focused, I mean, there are too much Evolution lines !
Just choose the best one, or the one you prefer, but it's too much !
That's why you don't have enough Trainers ...
Maybe you chose good trainers, well, no (i.e Arcade game, NRG charge ..) but after you've taken out some pokes, you should put trainers so as to have 2/3 or 4 trainers of the same name; if not, you won't be able to get what you want when you need it .
(I don't like fixing deck, but I hop eit helped you)

As too many evolution lines= either U dont get the cards you need or U unable to use.
Hope you post an average deck like other.
