OK! What up? Here's a new deck I thought of, mostly a copy of the other Fire decks 'cause there are waaay too many Charizard decks out there, but anyway, tell me what you think and what would go better here! (Details of deck @ bottom) Jeez! I have a lot of Pokemon!

2 Charmander
2 Charmeleon
1 Charizard
1 Cyndaquil (Lv14)
1 Quilava (Lv35)
1 Blaine's Vulpix(Lv18)
1 Eevee
1 Light Flareon
1 Slugma
1 Blaine's Growlithe(Lv15)
1 Entei(Promo)
1 Sabrina's Gastly(Lv9)
1 Drowzee(Rocket)
1 Hypno
1 Girafarig
1 Mew (w/Psybeam) (Promo)
1 Chansey(Lv55)
1 Blissey
1 Unknown L
1 Unknown Q
1 Unknown S
1 Unknown D
1 Ruin Wall
1 Pokemon Breeder
1 Blaine's Quiz2
1 Masterball
1 Pokemon Trader
1 Heal Powder

12 Psychic Energy
18 Fire Energy

Well here're my reasons:
Blaine's Quiz 2 is a personal favorite and it gets you 2 more cards when your opponent guessing wrong.

Combining Pokemon Trader/Breeder with something like Charizard lets me get my guy that much faster.

Masterball once again lets me check 7 cards and take a Pokemon from them.

Heal Powder takes away damage and any Posion, Asleep, etc.

Blaine's Vulpix's "Call Will-o'-the-Wisp lets me pull discarded (F) energy from discard pile.

Quilava has that pesky "Char" leaving more damage for a few turns.

Light Flareon's "Warm Up" Lets me power up my Benched Fire types by giving them a (F) energy.

Mew takes out annoying Evolutions with Poke-Powers

Drowzee/Hypno have distance attacks that put the defender to sleep and do bench pkmn damage.
Sabrina's Gastly does 30 damage and returns to yor hand, so let him take the damage, it just will go away!!

Chansey/Blissey are just time holders. Evolving to Blissey lets you rmove either 80 or 40 damage from it, so it can defend against anythign (cept the Blaine's Arcanine)

Unown S lets me see my prizes, L lets me shuffle my deck, Q can provide defense for all Unown, and D provides protecton from the annoying Dark guys that everyone is using now.

Ruin Wall gives me one of my many Unknown

I did! Look!
Unown S lets me see my prizes, L lets me shuffle my deck, Q can provide defense for all Unown, and D provides protecton from the annoying Dark guys that everyone is using now.

Unown S uses Search, which lets you look @ a prize
Unown Q has Quicken, which protects all pokemon named Unown
Unown L has Laugh, which shuffles both decks
and Unown D has Darkness, which reducing damage of Dark pkmn by 30

If my deck is based on Charizard and the other powerful guys, I wanna be able to get them fast. By looking at my prizes, (Unown S)I can see if I have one of my good cards there. With Unown L, I can shuffle the deck, to make it easier to get cards. Unown Q is a placeholder/defender if Quicken works(coin flip), because Unown Q is protected by his Pokemon Power as well.
Everyone now days has a Dark Pokemon, and since they have no weakness, they are tought to beat, so Unown D gives me an advantage by adding something like a Resistance to Dark Types along with everything else.

It is great that you know Japanese (the title is in Japanese), but going back on topic, this deck needs a lot of tweaking. Singles, too many evolutions, and too much energy won't work here, not to mention that most of the Unowns are essentially useless (except for D [Dark], N [Normal], and M [Metal]; who thought of them, anyways?). I'll use the Magcargo evolution line, which is very great.

Pokémon (18)
4x Slugma (Neo Destiny)
4x Magcargo (Neo Revelation)
3x Elekid/Pikachu (Neo) (counter pesky Water types)
3x Magmar (Fossil, Neo, or Promo; use as a Fire Big Basic)
3x Cleffa/Tyrogue (use whichever one you can get)
1x Unown D (if Darkness is that popular in your area, then use it)

Energy (22)
22x Fire Energy (you need this much Fire Energy in order for your deck to work.)

Trainers (20)
4x Professor Elm (card drawing)
4x Bill (card drawing)
3x Berry/Gold Berry (healing)
3x Nightly Garbage Run (revival)
2x Gust of Wind (disruption)
2x Switch
2x Energy Removal (disruption)

This deck should be more effective than the other deck. This deck should let you succeed in many battles.

Your grammer is wrong:

It should be Adjective, Adjective, Subject Marker, Noun, Subject Marker, Noun.

Of course, that is if you were directly translating it. And I reeeeeeaaaaaally don't think monstaa is the word for monster an pocketto is the word for pocket.

OK! After playing with the original deck(can't get my hands on slugma/magcargo yet) I decided to remove Drowzee/Hypno and Unown L and Unown Q and replace them with...

Gastly (Neo Destiny)
Lucky Sadium (get those cards faster)
Pokemon Breeder Fields (get evolutions ASAP)
and Unown C, whose "Chase" pokemon power makes you flip whenever an oppenent's pokemon tries to retreat, if head, it does 10 dmage to them, a sure way to take down the weak pokemon that try and run from battle!
