well, right now, i am just testing decks. here is a deck that i never seened played, and seems weird, but hey, its fun to play weird decks! this deck consists of clefable and steelix. clefable is used for anti-sneasel/rocket zappy/etc. and steelix is there to help clefable out when it needs help.

1 scyther/gligar/qwilfish - which one is better?

3 radio tower - default gym against sprout tower

Make the Scyther/Gligar/Quilfish Scythers, u dont need fire counters cause of Fable
Make the Radio Tower Narrow Gym, and you are set
the deck already existed, but if u thought of it urself, props

If you use Scyther, make sure it's the one w/ Fury Cutter, that is the BEST attack even if you only get 2 heads out of 4.
For a total of 90 grass damage, those water pkmn won't have much of a chance, and most basics go down easy, and besides that, it's only 2 (G)energy!

Ah...but for a mere grass first turn...and a DCE second...Base set Scyther does sixty...and the best part, no retreat. Fury Cutter Scyther has a retreat which knocks it down a few notches.

What's DCE?
Besides, in Tournaments, you can't use the Jungle Scyther!! and it uses 3 energy, doing a max of 60, while this Scyther can do 90 at best.

This deck was already thought of, by me. (Note the Name)
It T16ed me a QT and has won me many other games. It is decent, but not as strong as mine.
Your trainers are pretty messed up, but I can't fix right now. The only thing I can say is to use Sneasel and make your energy line 4x Metal, 4x Dark, 2x DCE, 4x Recycle.
