I like the concept , but the Venusaur aren't really needed if you have Poke Nurse. I would go with Arbok (E) for a counter to Steelix with auto poison, a different Weakness, 1 C Retreat cost, and no PP to be effected by Muk or Pichu.

- 3.2.3 Venusaur line
- 4 Center

+ 3.3 Arbok line
+ 2 Pichu (Hurts them not you as much)
+ 4 PokeNurse

The other option is

- 3.2.3 Venusaur line
- 1 Shuckle

+ 3.2.3 Beedrill Line (Triple Poison)
+ 1 Pichu

The 2nd option hits there PP and gives a chance of Triple Poison while sticking with the 1 energy attacks so center won't hurt as much and free retreat for swarming. Good Luck!!

You can stand to significantly lower the ammount of grass energy you play. Also, you can lower the emmount of Time capsule you play to 1. It is all you will need.

And make sure to play 4 Copycat. It is a necessity in any Modified deck.
