how is it? i didn't really design it for league play, more like just for fun. Octazooka was an interesting attack, like Shadow Images, and with 40 damage to it it seems pretty good. Quagsire has Whirlpool, which stalls even more coz of its ER effect. Balloon Berry to switch between Octillery and Quagsire, both with 2 retreat. if not, i could retreat normally and use Energy Stadium to get the energy back. what you think?
