Pokemon:
4 Koffing - Base set
2 Dark Weezing - Team Rocket
3 Lapras - Fossil
3 Zubat - Fossil
2 Dark Golbat
3 Ekans - Team Rocket
1 Dark Arbok - Team Rocket
2 Scyther - Neo Discovery

Trainers:
2 Moo Moo Milk - Neo Genesis
2 Rocket's Hideout - Neo 3
2 Heal Powder - Neo 4
2 Energy Flow - Gym Heroes
2 Switch - Base set
3 Berry - Neo Genesis
2 Pokeball - Jungle
2 Energy Ark - Neo Discovery
2 Prefessor Elm - Neo Genesis

Energys:
6 Water
16 Grass/leaf

This deck I made is mostly on the Team Rocket's pokemon. There good cards but need higher HP so I added 2 Rocket's Gyms to boost their HP upo by 20. Then the Scyther's from neo Discovery is their because it's a plain good Basic pokemon. I added the Dark Arbok and ekans cards cuz I thought if Dark Arob with 80 HP would be good. I mean, 80 HP(If Rocket's Hideout is out in play) and can do 10 damage with poision and does 10 damage to oppoents benched pokemon. I think thats all good for a 1 attack. I added the Energy Flow's just in case of one of my pokemon with a lot of energys on it(Like 3 or 4 energys) will probably get out next turn, I can save those energys. Heal powders are useful to remove damage and other effects. And the 2 Dark Weezings, wow I love dat card. Can do a lot of damage with that first attack with 20x for each Koofing, Weezing, and Dark Weezing on ur bench. Or that 20 damage move that can poison or parylaze(How ever u spell it).
If anybody can help this deck, thanks.
Later.

Well, the first thing (you probably saw this coming) is removing the Lapras and water energy. Now you've got room for another Dark Weezing, and Dark Arbok. We cal also add one more to the evolutionary chain of Dark Golbat with a Dark Crobat. Now with all of the self damage you'll be taking with the Dark Weezings, i'm adding gold berries and brocks. I cut the heal powder cause of the coin flip and added a berry and gold berry. I upped the pokeballs to Master Balls. What the deck doesn't have is any end game recovery when you've lost most of your good pokemon or energies you need. So i added a Time Capsule. One last thing is i replaced the the syther with a Rocket's Syther. It's got stall potential, a solid attack, and fits the theme. Hope this works out for you.

Pokemon:
4 Koffing - Base set
3 Dark Weezing - Team Rocket
3 Zubat - Fossil
2 Dark Golbat
1 Dark Crobat

2 Rocket's Scyther - Gym Heroes

Trainers:

3 Master Ball - Gym Challenge
2 Energy Ark - Neo Discovery
2 Prefessor Elm - Neo Genesis
3 Gold Berry - Neo Genesis
2 Brock - Gym Heroes
2 Time Capsule - Neo genesis

Better focus on Dark Weezing and 2 Rocket's Scyther IMHO. Dark Weezing/Metal really is cool to play, with Erika's Kindness to recover from the self-damage. It can actually take on Feraligatr. [Big Grin]
