This is a deck I came up with half a hour ago..

Well to start out, i would replace the pokeballs with master balls. Moo-Moo milk usually gets one heads anyway, so we can replace those with Super potions or gold berrys. Then add two Dark espeons. I'd also take out the two non-holo espeons. Subtract the girafarigs. You could also play around with Drowzee and Dark hypno. Add some stadium cards and Erika's perfume to back Dark hypno's bench manipulation attack. And add some resistance gyms for those pokemon resistant to psychic.
