Here is it:
Thunder Blade

-1 Sneasel(Neo genesis)
-4 Hoppip(Neo genesis)
-2 Skiploom(Neo genesis)
-1 Jumpluff(Neo genesis)
-1 Aerodactyl(Fossil)
-1 Electabuzz(Base set)
-1 Tauros(Jungle)
-2 Scyther(Jungle)
-1 Scyther(Neo Discovery)
-1 Magby(Neo Genesis)

Trainer(25)
-3 Misterious Fossil
-1 Professor Elm
-1 Plus Power
-1 Defender
-4 Potions
-1 Computer Search
-3 Moo-Moo Milk
-1 Clefairy Doll
-2 Gust of Wind
-3 Full Heal
-1 Energy Search
-2 Glambler
-2 Pokémon March

Energy(20)
-14 Grass Energy
-5 Eletric Energy
-1 Potion Energy

My strategy is pretty simple I use Aerodactyl to my oponent canīt use evolved cards, if I have to use Skiploom and Jumpluff I use Magby.
In my deck I choose my cards using few requirements: Retreat for free, attacking using as few energies as possible, has a resistance and donīt evolve. They donīt need to have all this thing but at least 2 of them.
Tell what you think, but please donīt give suggestions with too many or too rare cards, because Iīm from Brazil and itīs a bit difficult to get cards as miracle energy or shining cards.

nah, im pretty sure Miracle Energy and Shining Pokemon won't fit in this deck. [Big Grin] besides, i'm from the Philippines and rare cards like those are hard to come by too.

since u have a "low energy-attack" and "free-retreat" policy, why so much energy? i mean, what u can do is take out 6-8 Grass energy, replace it with another type (Lightning) and add more Support Pokemon of that type.

here's an idea: have at least 1 Jumpluff from Revelation. it has the Evolutionary Spore attack that allows you to evolve your Hoppips and Skiplooms even with Aerodactyl's Prehistoric Power. if u can get those cards, it would be a good deck. and add some support Water Pokemon for tech, since the Hoppip line is weak against Fire. Destiny Mantine is good, and you can replace the excess Grass energy with Water.

that was my 2 cents. don't steal it or anything, it's just 2 cents, nothing more...
