This is a deck I worked on back when the king was legal. I got it to top4 in a tournament. It just couldnt handle early kings so I swept it under the mat for later use. Well since king has disappeared I thought I'd give it another try.

Snorlock

Pokemon=11
3 snorlax(season 8 one)
2 elekid
2 mew (promo)
1 cleffa
1 tyrogue
1 unown m
1 smeargle

Trainers=39
4 elm
4 copycat
1 oak's research
4 trader
4 double gust
3 warp point
4 center
4 gold berry
3 scoop up
4 potion
2 switch
1 energy stadium
1 time capsule

energy=10
6 psychic
4 recycle

Most of it is self explanatory but here are some techy cards that need explaining

Potion-pichu tech so I dont have to waste centers trying to elekid the thing.

warp point-lock in other stuff with lax or switch out a damaged lax

smeargle and onown m- metal tech (explained more later)

1 cleffa-the point of the deck is to lock an early baby and eeking doesnt help that.

Main Strategy
Get an early lax on a baby and elekid it. This is effective for awhile until the build up something big. Then drop the mew and beat down on it. Against pichu heal until it is taken out. After awhile they can't keep up with all the locking and healing. You either win by prizes or deck them.

Individual Strategies
Steelix-This is one of the tougher matchups. There is almost no chance to prize win at all. pick off some babies until the have the steelix. Then confuse it with your mew. Lock it in with lax and drop the M. If the somehow bench there steelix repeat the process. Eventually you should deck them.

Kingdra-Early elekid beat the horsea and seadra. Against the kingdra use your mew. Your healing should outlast them. Use the above strategy against pesky pichu.

"Intense" Fire-Sadly there isn't much hope for you here. Try pickin off babies and cunfusing with mew. Try to keep their Entei from picking off your mew if possible. Lock entei and elekid it. Maybe you can pull it out.

Rogue stuff- The main strategy should be able to take most rogue stuff out.

Muk- There is like no way to win. Just bring in the muk till you ko it.
